**Cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to course commencement in order to receive a
 full refund of tuition.  Tuition and completed form is required prior to attending class.  Course enrollments
cannot be taken over the phone.  Send completed enrollment forms to PPAR  430 N. Tejon St, CSC, 80903
or fax form to 719-476-8169.
**All students must be in class within 15 minutes of the class starting time in order to receive continuing
education (CE) credit.  Late arrivals may attend with the understanding they will NOT receive CE credit nor
a refund for the class. 
**At the end of class, all students achieving a 70% or better on the exam will receive a certificate.  Students
must keep their own certificates on file as the Real Estate Commission randomly audits licensees.  Replacement
certificates may be re-issued for a $10.00 replacement fee.
**Credit for the course will be applied to students' PPAR Education record after payment has been made and cleared.
