offers
the
complete
GRI program twice a year. The first set of GRI courses begins in February.
Gaining the designation has changed to benefit the student. Students need to complete only 90 hours of classes. The only required class is the GRI Ethics & Professional Practices course, all others are chosen by the student. You
do
not
need
to
take
the
classes
in
any
particular
order,
however,
there
are
a
few
that
will
be
easier
for
you
to
take
in
succession.
Those
are
the
Advanced
Law
I
before
the
Advanced
Law
II
class, Agency and Disclosure before the
Listing
Contracts and Listing Contracts
before
the
Sales Contracts
.
Those
who
wish
to
take
courses
to
complete
the
designation
quickly
may
finish
in
as
little
as
three
or
four
months,
or
you
may
take
up
to
three
(3)
years
to
complete
all
classes
once
you
begin.
All GRI courses are six hours in length.
GRI classes may be used for credits toward license renewals except for the GRI Career Development (Why Re-Invent The Wheel) course This class and its credits are specifically for the GRI designation and will not count for license renewal with the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
There are no prerequisites for the GRI nor is there a yearly fee for this designation!

FYI -
Classes toward the end of the year tend to fill up very quickly. It is to your advantage to get your enrollment forms in early to avoid missing out on classes, especially if your license expires the end of the year!
