MRE Drafting Effective Contracts     (formerly Advanced Contracts) Advance your skills in contract draftsmanship by analyzing the use of additional clauses in the Colorado Real Estate Commission approved residential sales and listing forms and new home construction contracts.  After taking this class students will be able to analyze basic issues that affect listing and selling business opportunities that are not usually present in residential transactions.                            8 hours MRE/CE credit   
 

MRE Creative Financing     (formerly Advanced Law III)
Investigate alternatives to traditional financing methods that can lead you to more real estate transactions.  This course will analyze unique scenarios of transactions that seem destined to fail, but after applying creativity and effectively utilizing resources at your disposal, the Broker will bring the buyer and seller together for a successful real estate transaction.      **Now a 6 hour course           6 hours MRE/CE credit
 

MRE Distressed Sales      (formerly Advanced Law IV)
The foreclosure rate in Colorado continues to rise.  This course can help you save the day by teaching you how to assist sellers in distress, sell their property and possible purchase again.    **Now a 6 hour  course     6 hours MRE/CE credit
 
MRE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS IN REAL ESTATE:  The Benchmark to Excellence
Do you have a role in your Association's Grievance Committee, Professional Standards Committee and/or Board of Directors?  If the answer is yes, then we strongly recommend you take this course.  You will learn the basic and practical implementation of the REALTOR® Professional Standards program, grievance procedures and ethics and arbitration proceedings.          **Now a 6 hour course                           6 hours MRE/CE credit
 
MRE WATER & PROPERTY:  What Every Colorado REALTOR Needs to Know  
Designed to assist Brokers avoid pitfalls and other risks.  This course will explore use of verbiage in contracts, use of the phrase "all water rights", how to acquire and transfer well permits and transfer of water rights.        8 hours MRE/CE credit
